Inland 30A is north of Scenic Highway 30A, often north of US 98. It is not WaterColor. It is not Seacrest. It is not Prominence. Those sit on or next to 30A. The old guide ranked them as inland luxury and printed a $75,000 club buy-in and a 12-month rental floor. None of that is on a county or St. Joe page we will cite. That is the repair.

Watersound Origins (the inland village)
St. Joe. Official address: 34 Origins Main Street, Inlet Beach, FL 32461. 866-563-0070. They call it about 1,400 acres on Lake Powell. Town Center sits at the US 98 entrance.
What Origins itself says is included with a Watersound Membership, and that the amenity fee is currently in the HOA dues:
Village Commons: resort-style pool, fitness center, tennis and pickleball near the Commons
Lake Powell dock
Trails and green space inside the community
Origins Golf Club is separately owned. St. Joe: privately owned, open to the public, daily-fee play. Do not print it as a private members-only course.
The Beach Club and Camp Creek Golf Club are a paid Watersound Club upgrade. Eligible, not automatic. Do not print an initiation dollar amount.
NatureWalk at Watersound Origins is a Kolter phase inside Origins (sales address they print: 37 Pennekamp Lane). It is not NatureWalk at Seagrove. If a listing just says NatureWalk, ask which one.
Do not invent complimentary kayaks, a Publix as a fact, or a 2-mile beach walk.
Watersound Camp Creek (the inland club)

The public path between them
Monarch Art Trail is not an HOA perk. CAA plus St. Joe Community Foundation. Eight sculptures on the mile of paved path along South Watersound Parkway between US 98 and 30A. It is the public bike link from Origins across 98 toward Timpoochee.
Lake Powell is a coastal dune lake, not a neighborhood pool. Public look at the south shore: Camp Helen State Park, 23937 Panama City Beach Parkway, Panama City Beach, FL 32413. 850-233-5059. Official park: Gulf on one side, Lake Powell on the other. An Origins dock pass is not a park pass.

What counts as an inland 30A neighborhood?
North of Scenic 30A. Origins and Camp Creek are the two we can name from official pages. Point Washington is the older settlement (Eden Gardens). See Inland 30A Homes for the parcel.
Is Origins membership the same as Watersound Club?
No. Origins dues currently cover Village Commons and the Lake Powell dock. Beach Club and Camp Creek Golf are an upgrade. Camp Creek owners must join the Club.
Is NatureWalk inland?
NatureWalk at Origins is. NatureWalk at Seagrove is not.
